When will xbox let you transfer downloaded 360 games to the xbox one? Why don't they? They should if a certain member buys over $250 worth of games and dlc for the 360. If they did that there would be more happy members out there including me

1) Never.

2) Why did you get rid of your Xbox 360, when you knew there was no backwards compatibility?

3) Far too many games are now available as an updated port on the Xbox One.

4) The reason you can't just play your 360 games on the One is the different architecture for the OS.

Microsoft and the developers will make loads of money re-releasing old games for the next gen as "re-mastered classics"

That`s why they will never have backwards compatibility.

It's a different system. It's kind of how we can't contact between each console. Eventually most of the Xbox 360 arcade/ondemand games will be available on Xbox One, but you'll have to buy them all over again.

I'd say keep the 360 and buy newer games on the One and or ones you don't have yet.

It is not possible to transfer game saves from Xbox one to Xbox classic or vice versa since Xbox one saves are in the cloud and the local save it's on Xbox one format, and Xbox classic doesn't support cloud saves, also the memory from a Xbox classic it's not compatible with Xbox 360 slot
