Transfer scores to Child

A separate Live ID missed my son (5 years).

To date, he played on my or the account of my wife. In two games, he has since already a corresponding progress achieved.

This involves the following games:

-Lego worlds

-Rush: DisneyPixar

For a itself, it is not possible to access the corresponding scores, as they still could do this for Xbox 360. For the scores, there must be corresponding locations in the cloud on which even though not can be accessed.

Ich hatte gehofft, eine Email-Adresse zu finden, an welche ich mich mit meinem Problem wenden könnte. Allerdings kann ich nur Chat, Telefonat, Forum oder Tweet auswählen. Mit Chat habe ich es versucht und wurde entsprechend abgewiesen. Allerdings war es
ein einfaches geht nicht, ohne auf meine Fragen bzgl. eines Administrators einzugehen.

Ich hoffe auf hier auf eine klare Antwort wie "Yes, es ist möglich. Schick eine Email an ..." oder "No das geht nicht, weil ...". Wenn möglich aber mit einer Begründung, die auch ein IT-Techniker nachvollziehen kann und keinem einfachen geht nicht. Ich weiß
das mit einer entsprechenden Erlaubnis (wegen Datenschutz / Zugriffsrechten) und dem Wissen vieles geht, was mit einem schnellen 'nicht möglich' abgetan wird.

Währe sehr dankbar über entsprechende Antworten, besonders über die "es ist möglich" Antworten.

When we first got our xbox one console my son played through my account, which was set up as an adult account. Now we wish to have a time monitor option and made him his own player account ,set up as a childs account. My son doesn't wish to start over and
