Transfer Purchased Apps on Microsoft Store to a Different Account

Hi, thank You for Your response. As I've said, I've checked the order list on my account, and purchased DLC is not there. Money was transfered from my bank account for the purchase through dotpay/przelewy24, and the transaction was executed succesfully. I've relogged to both of my accounts in Microsoft Store app and Xbox App on PC, but it didn't help.

Purchases and game data are linked to your Microsoft account and can't be transferred to a different account.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue: Purchase made on iOS device. Log into Microsoft account (on ipad via minecraft app) and those purchases are not visible. Log out of account on iPad and purchase is visible again.

The purchases are stored on the device (my daugher's iOS) and I'm trying to get them to transfer to her microsoft account so we don't lose the content/purchases.

That's odd. In your purchase history can you find the game and the purchase status is ''completed''? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

And try these steps, please. Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.
3. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
4. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

No updates atm in Windows update. Also my purchase is 'completed'.

Tried the steps given but it didn't do the trick. But when I sign into Xbox app it complains about different accounts in Xbox app and Store. Then I googled it and found this:

Same problem as I have but the solution didn't help. Xbox Companion app didn't fix this. It did change my Minecraft skin from Steve to Alex.
