transfer profile to new Hotmail acct.

Hi I want to transfer my current profile to a new account. have followed all the iinstructions and all the criteria matches for the swap. But I get the message saying it cannot be done at this time.

New email account has been validated and is working fine.

Also created another account and made a gamertag just to make sure I didn't get the same error message (this time got the one saying account already has a gamer tag etc) just to double check.

Have been trying since this morning and have run out of ideas. Even the ambassador couldn't help.

Any ideas people?????

Also can I set up an alias and then remove my email. Payment method is through redeemable cards.

Transferring an X-Box Live Profile to another Microsoft Account

I have an old Hotmail account that I had created as an alias years ago and my current X-Box profile is linked to it. I have a new Outlook account that I would like to transfer all my games, Gamerscore, licenses, etc to so I can preserve my tag. One small
problem, I've already at some point created an X-Box profile on this new e-mail so I can't easily transfer my profile under Account Security in the system settings.

How do I delete my X-Box profile from my Outlook account so that I can transfer the X-Box profile linked to my Hotmail to the Outlook account?

 

WLID email change issue

Posting for a friend,since ID issue won't allow him. His hotmail acct is locked (was hacked and used to spam). He wants to change xbox id association to his new email, but since his current wlid is locked he cannot do this it seems. He can obviously verify
all acct data, but when he called support they said that without access to current wlid he could not change to a new wlid. He cannot do this, since Microsoft locked it. He does not want to make a new gt, and currently cannot preform a licence transfer if he
needed to. Any suggestions?
