Sorry to hear it. If the membership was just recently added to the account then please give phone support a call and explain to them what happened. They may be able to cancel the membership on your account and then send a code to you to apply to your son's.

Unfortunately, no, you can't transfer add-on content between profiles.

The best you can do is one of the following -

- Make sure your profile is signed into Xbox Live whenever your son wants to use the add-on content

- Download you profile to your son's Xbox 360 and and do a license transfer

Not sure I got what you are asking, but if you just want to move your gamertag (profile with the live subscription) you can either move it with a usb or redownload it with recover profile when you selective profiles. The gamertag(profile) should be able
to access live since it was a gold subscription. If you want to permanently use this new xbox as your primary, you can transfer your all your licenses under account and license transfer.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are asking if can transfer license on pre-order games. You are on an Xbox 360 I presume as this is the only console you need to license transfer. Unfortunately, there is no information on pre-ordered games,
but most likely they would transfer as you typically own the license for the game even as pre-order.

If this is on an Xbox one, S, or X. All you need to do is download profile on the new console and all entitlements are automatically accessible on the new console.

No. Content licenses are stored in the Xbox 360 console rather than in the Xbox LIVE account.

To enable someone else's Xbox LIVE account to use your content licenses, you must download your Xbox LIVE profile and then transfer your content licenses to that person's Xbox 360 console.
