Alright I have a theory about some of the issue that maybe occurring with with DLC not working with their respected games with the Xbox 360 Emulator on the Xbox One. My theory comes to the matter of some way to transfer said DLCs or saved items from the
Xbox One memory to the Xbox 360 Emulation Programs Memory. Now as I said this is currently highly hypothetical and I have no idea if it can be done or if it is even possible. So I am looking ot the community to help me figure this out or if its still on the
drawing board. Because as of the moment I am still having issues accessing Fallout 3 DLCs installed from disc in game. They continue to appear in Xbox One internal memory but not in the memory of the Xbox 360 emulators memory. Hence my idea. I have proposed.
So thoughts opinions, advice?

Transfer of content

No, content can't be transferred between accounts. Avatar items in particular are specifically tied to the account which purchased it.

Is it possible to transfer a content (t-shirt or cap) from a gamertag to another as a present for instance?

There is no way to transfer content between accounts. However, you can access the content if you are using the same console that she purchases the content on.

License transfers are used to transfer console licenses between consoles, not accounts.

Ok but this what it says at the support site

"Transfer content licenses

You can transfer content licenses from one console to another once every four months.

If your console was recently repaired, or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the license transfer option on your console to transfer content licenses. Here’s how:

On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

Go to the Settings, and then select Account.

Go to Your Billing Options, and then select License Transfer.

Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the content licenses.

After the licenses are transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licenses. This way the content can be used by other profiles on your console and when you’re not connected to Xbox LIVE.

this last sentence says any profile can use the content as long as you did a " transfer content licenses' i did and license transfer and the DLC does not work

Spyroman - License transfers only move content between consoles. It does not transfer content between accounts.

The Xbox Dashboard is not available during content transfer.

If you’ve purchased a new Xbox 360 console, you can use the Transfer Content option and the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Cable to move your Xbox 360 content to your new console. For more information, see

From Xbox Home, go to settings, and then select System.
Select Storage.
Highlight the storage device that contains the content you want to transfer, and then press

I've seen the complaint about the Halo 4 content before but I'm not aware of a resolution at this time.

For the other content, have you performed a license transfer? Please note that this is different than just transferring the content although the content transfer is part of the license transfer process. You can do it from your console under Account Management.
