    Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can try calling support, but I believe they can only do that if it's within the first 30 days of the subscription.

    I have about 8 months left on my annual subscription but now I'm not using the xbox that much I want to transfer the access to my son who has just got his own xbox and has his own gamertag. How can this be done?

    You can't transfer things between accounts.

    As long as your console is set as your home console then you can share your gold with your new account & your new account will be able to play the games.

    You will need your old account on the console.

    It should be set up as your home console by default but you can check in settings/personalisation/my home console.
