    I have FS2020 on my laptop and wish to transfer it to a new desktop. I have used the same MS account for my store but the programme does not appear in the Library list. When I go to the account on my laptop, it is not there either! But I have the icon in the start window and it runs! (No properties option to find where the files are stored.) Can you help me load to my new machine?

    Not that I am aware of. The game still plays on the laptop. Can't seem to contact anyone at Microsoft; just this forum, so thanks for the idea.

    I have an annual subscription to Office 365 too and no mention of that on downloads or library either (but it keeps working too!)

    just as additional thing to check.

    Did you have a Game pass subscription that allowed you to download the game?

    If so then the subscription may have ended, which will result in not being able to download (or play) the game.

    Please access Microsoft account | Home and make sure the game appears on the order history. If it's there and you are still facing the issue the best option would be to get in touch with the online chat support for further assistance. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help from an online chat agent. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps. to
