    Transfer money from microsoft accoun to xbox live profil


    I recently bought some cards that included redeem codes. So through my pc ι redeemed those cards and at the moment i have 40 euros on my microsoft account. Now i want to transfer these money on my xbox live profil so i can make purschases from my xbox console.
    i am connected with the same email etc etc... Please help

    If you use the same Microsoft account to sign into your profile, then the money is already on your account for use. If you signed into the PC with a different account, you would need to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything

    Keep in mind if your account region doesn't match the region of the codes then you've have a mismatched region

    You need to buy prepaid codes from your actual region

    So if you are living in France or Germany and using a uk or us account for English content and buying French or German codes that's your issue

    Your codes must match the region of your account

    You can try swmutches method but there is no garenteed as ms doesn't do exchange rates

    UK accounts use pounds not the euro

    And yes even same currency is region locked due to vat

    So even if you get a euro code you still have to match the region

    Not transfered to his account but you can add your account to that xbox and set is as home to do game share with the other accouns there
