Your Solitaire collection progress is synced across all your devices and platforms as long as you sign in with the same Microsoft account in that device

Please double check if you're using the correct account (you can guide yourself based on the gamertag that appears in the bottom right)

If you have more than one email please try with each one

It's a windows laptop. I'm getting error message 117000. I got a new laptop and trying to get everything switched from the old one. I've been trying for a week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft solitaire collection 3 times.

How do I reinstall Microsoft Solitaire collection on my laptop

I tried to install the Microsoft Solitaire collection on my new Win8 laptop. It shows on my start screen, but won't run. I uninstalled from the start screen, and tried to re-install from the store.

Error code 0x80080206

HELP Please
