    Transfer Microsoft Jigsaw to new laptop


    Hi I have had microsoft jigsaw since about 2016 on my asus laptop with an windows 8.1 operating system. Just bought an lenovo t490 with an windows 10 pro operating system. Trying to transfer micrisoft jigsaw with all my progress of 130495 gold bars and 16
    puzzle collections.

    On my asus I am unable to sign into what I think is the xbox companion console. Even though I have an xbox user name that was created when I first dowloaded microsoft jigsaw.

    when I sign into my new lenovo laptop I am able to download microsoft jigsaw but their seems to be no way to link or access my progess from my asus laptop.

    Anybody know how I can access my progress of gold bars and puzzle collections on my new laptop?

    Jigsaw Puzzles not downloading on desktop

    I had a similar problem.

    All my puzzles were on my desktop and some missing on my laptop.

    I did a search for 'puzzles' in File Explorer and found the files in 'System (C:) > Users > xxxxxxx > AppData > Local > Packages > Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx'

    Copied the folder 'Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx' onto a USB drive and transferred onto my laptop.

    When I opened Jigsaw on the laptop all my jigsaws appeared correctly.

    Make sure that your XBOX logon is the same for both PCs

    Lost game progress

    I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

    What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?

    Please double check if you're using the correct account (you can guide yourself based on the gamertag that appears in the bottom right)
