transfer maps to new console

Discus and support transfer maps to new console in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I got the circle of death, bought a new console but now I can not find the maps that I paid $60 for, no record of them on my account.     So I got the circle of death, bought a new console but now I can not find the maps that I paid $60 for, no record of them on my account. Does anyone know how to recover them? I already tried the main ways on the unit by going to the download history to re-download
    but they are not there? They want me to pay another $59.99 for the 4 zombie maps

    My purchased maps didn't move to my new account

    If you want to use the map packs on the new console, you would need to download the profile you purchased them on, do a license transfer and download the maps.

    Any profiles will be able to use the content after a license transfer.

    Changing the WLID won't bring to maps to your new profile as the content is tied to your gamertag, not your WLID.

    transferring license issue

    You would need to phone support to see about having the Lic transfer rest.

    But you can still use your maps online on the new console with out having to do the license transfer.

    Just download them by going to Setting - Account - Download History

    and be connected to Live. But you need to be connected to live, and no other profile on that console can use the maps.

    If those map packs were downloaded on the original console, you will want to do a license transfer and redownload them onto the new console.

    DLC purchased on an Xbox has a dual license. First it's licensed to the original gamertag that purchased it and cannot be transferred. Second it is also licensed to the original console that it was downloaded to that can only be transferred to a new console
    through a license transfer.

    Now, although the season pass cannot be transferred, the maps packs that are downloaded using it can be used by other accounts on the same console that they were downloaded to. If you wish to download those map packs to a different console you will need
    to be signed in for other gamertags to use them on the secondary console.

    If your old account that originally downloaded the map packs was not banned then you can play on those map packs with other accounts. What you will need to do is a
    license transfer of your old gamertag to the new console. That will transfer all licenses for downloads to the new console opening them up again to other gamertags.

    Do the license transfer for the old account to your new console then redownload all the map packs. Once that is complete you'll have full access to the packs for everyone on that console.
