Transfer local game to online account

Hi

I recently moved home and I tried to log in on my Xbox account

They asked me to check my mail box but I somehow deleted it unknowingly

For some reason I also can't seem to recover my account (apparently my answers aren't right)

I bought a game online a while ago, and it's still installed on my Xbox

Is it somehow possible to move it to another account, and delete the one I cannot connect to anymore ?

At the moment I can still play it but I cannot but any other game, and I am afraid to lose it if I log in with another account

I'm pretty sure the first account has set the xbox as its home so this part's alright

However I said 'game' to keep it simple but it's not a standalone, it's a sim's extension

I doubt I could launch a game from account n°2 and play with an extension from account n°1, or can I ?

If the extension, pack or DLC is already installed on the console, yes it would be possible for you to play it, as long as the first account is still on the console and set it as its home console.

I'm sorry but games cannot be transferred between accounts. Actually, nothing can be transferred - games, purchases, apps, progress, etc... So if you don't have access to the account anymore, you will not be able to play this game on another account - unless you set the Xbox as your Home Xbox for both accounts:

If the account that purchased the game set the console as its Home Xbox, you can play the games installed on this console with your other account.

But have you tried to recover the account email address and reset its password using the instructions on the pages below?

you can change the locale language of the dashboard in settings however online games and content will still be decided by the region of the account

if english is not offically supported in the region of the account you cannot change to it

once set a region of an account cannot be changed

nothing can be transfered between accounts not gamerscore or content
