Transfer licenses to another family member

I've had my XBox account for a very, very long time. My son is using my account and all is well except that I get booted whenever he logs in somewhere. I've created an account for him, but his friends list, purchases, xbox gold live or whatever it is.
So my question is how do I transfer licenses between family members? I'd have to buy a few thousand dollars worth of Microsoft Xbox cash for him to replace everything he's bought over the years.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. I'm sorry to inform you the option to transfer saved data, achievements and any/or game purchases from another Microsoft Account will not be possible. We currently do not have an available feature. The one
step we have available is changing the primary email on the Microsoft account.
You can however set up home consoleon your main profile.
Note:If you choose to remove an alias that uses a Microsoft domain such as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com, that alias will be completely deleted and will not be available to sign in to any Microsoft
services. A microsoft and Xbox account are one and the same. As there is nothing more I will be locking this thread.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can share the games with him via the Xbox One Home setting https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox
but he would have to start over for anything else.

No. The only way you can transfer points is if you are the primary member of a family plan and are transferring points to another member of that plan.

This will happen if you purchase a game on another console other than your own using your gamertag, or you've transferred your licenses to another console.

If you have purchased a new console after purchasing content on your old console, or you purchased this content using another Xbox 360 (friend/family members), you'd need to do a license transfer to your own console so you're able to play games online and offline.

Information on how to initiate a license transfer can be found here. You should specifically be looking at the instructions under "Can I transfer a content license from one Xbox 360 console
to another?". You'll want to follow those instructions from the console you're not able to play these games offline.

Please remember that only the person that actually purchased the content holds the rights to being able to do a license transfer for that content. If the content wasn't purchased using this gamertag then doing a license transfer wouldn't solve your issue.
