Transfer "Guest" achievements to X-box login?

How can I switch from a guest login and keep the results when I sign into my microsoft account?

I did have an X box 360 and I was told that all the achievements that I had would transfer on to my X Box One when I bought it recently. This has happened but when I play one of my old games on x box one, all the achievements previously attained in this
game, disappear, but your gamer score still stays the same. Is there any way of either managing to keep all your old achievements or if that's impossible, how do I delete all my old achievements from the gamer score so that I can start again with the new
console.

 

If I play games as a Guest can I tranfers the achievments under my name

I would like to transfer my achievements from being a guest and put them under my name . Is this possible

 

Sadly, it is to my understanding that anything done on a guest account will not transfer over, as will any other account. Anything you want to be associated with an account and/or gamertag must be done on that account/gamertag.
