Transfer games and data via my network

I have recently bought a second XBox One S and have successfully transferred most of the games and data via my home network (wired ~ 270GB).

However, Forza Horizon 3 stops after ~3.65GB and Halo MCC does not even copy at all - both ending up with "Installation Stopped".

Does anyone know why this might be occurring? I have a friend whom recently successfully copied his FH3 game/data from one console to another...

I am trying not to re-install (read that as download) both games if I can help it...

Did Any one Else have issuse when transferring data from xbox one to xbox one x?

Did Any one Else have issuse when transferring data from xbox one to xbox one x Via Network transfer?

If so try resetting the old xbox. Settings>System>console Info>reset Console>reset and keep my games and apps.

Then sign into your new console And transfer data.

I wasted a lot of time before I discovered this, as my new xbox one x did not see old xbox, , even though I had set allow data transfer on both consoles.

Content cannot be transferred from one profile to another.

But data ie, game saves and DLC can be transferred from one HDD to another via a data transfer cable, but will only work under the profile that it was downloaded into.

To clarify further, the
Network Game Transfer would only transfer the games and apps from the old console to the new console; other data like profile data and save data is attached to an account's profile and backed up to Xbox Live. To redownload the save/profile data for an account
in a particular game, just launch that game from the console while the account is signed in and connected to Xbox Live

Yes, games can be transferred from one console to another and played simultaneously by the two different users in the family. I have two consoles X1 with two different profiles that

share content and Gold subscription.
