Transfer Gamertags from 2 accounts I own

Ok, I own 2 accounts I have Bunnchie (This account has all my progress on it) and I have (I love this gamertag and want to use it forever) However i do not want to loose all my progress from Bunnchie, and start a new account. I know I could do
a gamertag change by paying, but then both my gamertags will get disabled and I cannot use them for about 5 years (Ive tried and lost money, dont do it) So what im asking is if you could design a way to be able to transfer all saved progress from one account
to another.

Transfer a gamertag between two Live accounts?

Can I transfer a gamertag from one Live account to another Live account? I own both Live accounts, but the primary account that I use does not have the gamertag that I prefer to use - it is on the seconday account. So I'd like to transfer the gamertag from
the 2nd account to my primary, then delete the secondary Live account. Can I do this without losing my gamertag?

Otherwise you will have to start over with your second account since nothing can be transferred between accounts.

What you are talking about (License Transferring) and transferring a game to someone else's gamertag are two different things. When someone buys something off of the market place 2 licenses are issued

1. The Gamertag

2. The console the game was purchased.

Those are the only licenses that are issued. You can not transfer a license from one gamertag to another. What license transferring is, is when you transfer the license from one console to another, not from one gamertag to another.

It is very unfortunate what happened to your friend but the bottom line is your gamertag and the the console it was purchased on owns the license and there is no way to transfer that license to your friend. Unfortunately keanakalia was correct when she said
that he would have to buy the game under his gamertag, If he wants to own the game himself.

On my new xbox I've redeemed my old account but I've changed the gamertag, I'm wanting to transfer games ext from my old xbox to the new one but the data is owned by my old gamertag can I still transfer from the old gamertag to my new one ??

Each account will have its own gamertag and email address. If your email address is tied to one of those gamertags you can't transfer content from one account to another.
