    Transfer gamer tag


    HI Transfer gamer tag :)

    Q: so I bought me a xbox 360 transfer cable today. When I came home, I tryed it out and put my xbox 360 account on my Xbox kinect. I went and singed into my Xbox 360 profile to see if it can play original Xbox games and kinect games but they couldnt work
    with the profile. Transfer gamer tag :( so i just wantEd to know why are they not working with my Xbox 360 account and only with my Xbox kinect account ?

    Do Xbox 360 achievements transfer to Xbox One?

    your over all gamer score will transfer as that's tied to your gamer tag not the console. the individual achievements will have to be earned again on the xbox one as others have already said.

    Sorry to hear it. Were the games that you're trying to play originally purchased with the gamertag you are trying to use them with? If not then you should do a License Transfer to the new console with the gamertag that originally purchased the games.

    Well I bought these games at a store, not on the Xbox live market place.

    And the games I was trying to play were on the Xbox kinect. I have 2 Xbox's.

    Hello,

    With profiles it is best to download them to a console not transfer them with a USB or transfer cable.

    Maybe you could try the following steps:

    1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

    2. While in you hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them.

    3.Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

    4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

    5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'. Try to play again

    You can not transfer 'Premium' between gamer tags, you can not transfer 'Gold' between gamer tags. You can however play Premium content with another gamer tag on the same console (so have both accounts on the same xbox and job done).

    You can't transfer items among different accounts including gtags
    I'm having this same issue. You can't transfer a gamer tag & info to an account that has a gamer tag already created. I need help with this too, if anyone knows how to delete a gamer tag from a sign in so that I can transfer an existing

    Licence transfer is from console to console, not from game tag to gamer tag, and it is not possible to transfer licences to another profile
