Transfer game saves from silver to already existing new gold account

Hi there, hope someone can help.

I've recently signed up for a brand new 12 month Gold account with a random name. I have an existing Silver account that should have just been upgraded to Gold, I now see, but it wasn't done that way. The Silver has all of the save game data that I would
like to keep, hopefully moving it to the new random name Gold account somehow.

Is it possible to transfer the save game data either to the cloud, or to a memory stick? I'm not overly concerned about losing gamerpoints or achievements, but really want to keep the saves.

Accounts ?

Silver on 360 will transfer points and achievements over etc to One then they will get gold rights under your primary gold One account.

 

Battlefield 3 48 Hour Trial issues

You're already Gold. You can't add the 48 hour trials onto an existing Gold subscription.

They can only be used on Silver accounts.

 

I left out that after transfering the saves to the cloud or memory stick, I would like to save them to the new random name Gold account.

 

Saves are non-transferable by design. If you call up billing and explain the situation they might refund you the gold time from one account and credit it onto the old one.

 

Exactly what I just did, and they were great. Cancelled the new one and gave me a code to put on the existing one! Great experience really. Thanks for your response.
