    Transfer game progress to a child account


    I created a child account for my son, but all of his prior game progress and achievements were on my adult account profile. Is there a way to transfer that progress history to his new child account so he doesn't have to start over in all his games?

    Hi,

    My son currently play on my account. I have created a child-account for him, but he dont want to loose his progress and start over with a new account.

    Can i transfer his progress to the new child-account? Can i give hom my account ant transfer it to a child account? Any other sollution to let him keep his progress and at the same give him a child account?

    Change adult account to a child account

    There is no way to demote an adult account to a child account and there is no way to transfer progress and currency to another account.

    XBOX ONE SETTING ADULT TIME LIMITS

    You can create a child account on your current parental account. You can not transfer games, saved progress etc. You can set the parental account to Home Xbox and the child account would have access to the games but not the saved progress.

    It is not Microsofts fault that a child account was not set up.

    No, it's not possible to transfer game progress from one account to another. Your child will have to start the games again on his account.

    I am having the same issue. I need to switch my account that my son has been using to a child account to limit his time. Either that or find a way to switch his game progress & money to his child account.
    There is no way to demote an adult account to a child account and there is no way to transfer progress and currency to another account.
