My friend bought the titanfall bundle month ago, and he use the code to download the game.

know i bought his xbox one , is it possible to transfer the game from his account to my account.

because he use his personal email , and he can`t give it to me.

If he is not going to use his gamertag / account on another Xbox One at the moment, he may just keep the account stored on this console and keeps it as "home console". It is not necessary to have his account logged in. You do not need to have his login
credentials for this.

So you will be able to play the game as long as his account exists on your console.

There is no license transferring possible like on the 360 at the moment.
