Transfer game from Xbox to Windows

Hi!

I have a problem transferring a game, specifically Sea Of Thievs from Xbox to Windows. I've managed to do this with another game using the xbox app. My system meets the requierments to play the game but instead of it saying I own the game, it still says I need to buy it. I would have been very happy if anything could help me.

Hi Artex____, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that we can only play a game from Xbox to Windows PC if the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere game. As per checking, Sea of Thieves is an Xbox Play Anywhere game which means that you should be able to see and install it just by signing in to the account where the game was purchased on your Microsoft Store App.

It means that the game was not purchased on that account and you may need to check all accounts on your Xbox to check it.

No i cant se my order there.

I checked on the list before i got here i and thougt something was not working, i have looked both on the Xbox app and the Microsoft store. And it's still telling me i need to buy it. And i am on the same account where i buy it in the first place. So why could i only see one game that also is Xbox Play Anywhere and not Sea Of Thievs?
