Transfer game data to another account

My son has been using my account for playing his games, and I need to move him to his own account. Is it possible to move all the game data, achievements etc. to his new account? I don't want to change my account to him as this is the master account with
subscriptions etc attached to it. I thought it would be easier to move all the xbox associated game data to his account. Can this be done?

Save game data cannot be transferred to another account.

You cannot transfer data between account but you can create him a child account and going forward it would be his. Better to do it now with only one or minimal games involved than later.
