Transfer from one Xbox One to Another Xbox One

I'm getting the Sunset Overdrive Xbox One bundle and already have a primary Xbox One system. What I am trying to figure out is what is the best way to have the current data on my Xbox One transferred to the Sunset Overdrive console? I do have an external
HDD attached to my current console and all of my games are installed to it, but what about any of the other data that might need to be copied over?

I am keeping the current console but I am moving it to another room and it won't be used as frequently as the Sunset Overdrive console so my gamertag will still be on both consoles but I will have a new primary console.

Any ideas on whats the best way?

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.

 

The best way is via the external drive.

You can chose to either move, or copy, content to it. I'd personally suggest copying everything to the external HDD and then using that on the "new" Xbox One. That way all your installed/downloaded games are still on the internal drive of the old one, and
all your games are also on the external drive of the new one.

Theres really no data aside from installed games/apps really, your saves and such will sync right over upon signing into your gamertag
