    You can not transfer 'Premium' between gamer tags, you can not transfer 'Gold' between gamer tags. You can however play Premium content with another gamer tag on the same console (so have both accounts on the same xbox and job done).

    Can I transfer licenses between separate accounts on the same Xbox?

    The title says it all.

    Is it possible to transfer licenses (gaming content from the marketplace) between accounts which are on the same Xbox? I know you can do it between two different xboxes, but I'm a bit confused about whether it can be done between different accounts which
    are on the same console.

    and no there is no transfering dlc between accounts lol

    you login into the account and console your want to transfer to and goto account settings

    tranafer dlc licenses to the said xbox the dlc is usable on the new xbox offline

    the purchase and download history stays thr same on the purchasing gamertag

    cannot be done, the microsoft account IS the xbox account too, they are one in the same and nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    Unfortunately that is not possible. Xbox accounts and Microsoft accounts are essentially the same thing. Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    There is no way to transfer content between accounts. However, you can access the content if you are using the same console that she purchases the content on.

    License transfers are used to transfer console licenses between consoles, not accounts.
