    Transfer audio not showing up for discord beta


    Issue:

    I got an xbox update yesterday 8/24 and when I downloaded it. I was allowed access into the discord beta. I linked my accounts and tried it out and it worked perfectly. But after I hopped on the xbox later I no longer have the option on transfer the audio to xbox nor the QR code in the party/chat tab.

    I did notice that xbox, the xbox app, and discord mobile have all had updates that I have downloaded, so I'm not sure if that is an issue or what.



    Steps I've taken (not in this order):

    Updated xbox, xbox app, and discord mobile

    Deleted and redownloaded discord

    Restarted both phone and xbox

    Unlinked discord from xbox and xbox from discord, then relinked the two.

    Removed the xbox from remote control on the xbox app and added it back

    When did this issue start to occur?
    Is this the first time you're trying to use Discord voice on Xbox console?
    Did you make sure that you transferred the voice correctly? Please note that switching between Discord voice channels on console is not supported. You'll need to retransfer audio from Discord again to switch to a new voice channel.

    Discord Voice on Xbox - Microphone Issues

    Xbox Series S , I am on the Xbox Insider Preview Beta OS, I havent tried to relink, that isnt the issue. I have already done all the steps, its an issue with the discord integration and blocking audio/microphone pickup

    Honestly the best option here for separating the audio would be Discord (or another 3rd party chat program) and I'm quite surprised that you say the audio on there isn't as good as Xbox because from my experience audio in Discord is much better. You may
    want to check your settings in Discord and make sure it's all good there.

    Hello again,

    There is not an option to uninstall discord from the Xbox Series X. Discord does not show up as an app, as it is integrated directly into the party chat functionality. Are you suggesting that I unlink the discord account?
