    Hi

    Thanks to my own recklessness I've made a big mistake. Pretty much a few days before the launch of Forza Horizon 5 I opened the Xbox app and saw that my gamepass had ended so I subscribed to a new one which was 1 euro for 3 months, but I accidentally made the subscription on my work account which was somehow logged into the Xbox app (I have no clue or why my work account was logged into the Xbox app). Fast forward to today I have been enjoying Forza for the past couple of days when suddenly the game won't launch, I go into the Xbox app to see that I have no game pass because all the time I had been playing on my Microsoft account that I made for gaming (This account also had gamepass which ended today). So I'm asking is there any way to transfer my saved game files from one account to another? I am sorry if you don't understand my story, English is not my first language.

    Hi Zembers, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I apologize but there is no option to transfer a saved file from one account to another.
