Transfer a save for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 to or from PC Game Pass to Steam

I recently got Pirate Warriors 4 on Steam but I can't seem to find a way to transfer my save from the PC Game Pass version I've been playing. I really don't want to start all over since I did basically the entire treasure log and the only other option I can find seems to be downloading a 100% save file which works (I checked) but I actually want to continue levelling up the characters I never really got to play like the DLC characters or Sanji.

Because a suscription that allows you to play 100 games from different developers, a lot of them at release date it's a pretty good deal, also the fact that the progress can't be transferred or that you can't play cross platform it's a developers design, not Xbox

Well that's really lame. Why would I even bother using PC Game Pass at all when I can't mod my games or join friends playing on Steam?

You can't transfer the saves from Xbox app to Steam as the file saves are different, to continue your previous save you will need to keep playing on the previous platform

i shouldn't have to buy it again just because they made a windows version
