Transfer a game to a different Microsoft account

Sorry, but there is no way to transfer the game to a different account. You could

set that console as the Home Console for the account that owns it, and then any account on that Xbox would be able to play it, or have the account that owns it be signed in and then others signed in can play on that console as well. There is no way to
transfer it another account and as it's
a code redeemed that limits the return options.

I'm afraid that transferring games isnt possible once redeemed on an account. However, you could game share together instead. So you access each others games and one persons gold between you. Set his xbox as your home. Your xbox as his home and have
both accounts on both consoles. Then you can download each others games and play them, even at the same time.

Purchases and game data are linked to your Microsoft account and can't be transferred to a different account.
