    Transfer a game from one account to another


    Hi,

    I was previously playing a game through my ex's account, I have since set up a new account for myself and wondered if I was to load the game from his account to an external hard drive, could I then transfer this to my account and keep all progress?

    Sorry, it's not possible to transfer any progress/game saves or content from one account to another. You can also not transfer any sort of avatar custom items from one account to another.

    You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.
