Transfer a digital copy of a game to someone else?

I have a copy of Beyond Good & Evil HD on XBox One that I got specifically because a friend wanted it and I let them play it on my console. They now have a console of their own, and ideally I'd like to transfer my copy of the game to them. Is this possible? Otherwise, I'd like to buy them a copy without having to get them a gift card. Similar to other people, since I already own the game, it does not give me any purchase options, not even to purchase as a gift. In short, Is there a way to transfer my copy of Beyond Good & Evil HD to them or at least buy them a new copy as a gift?

It's not possible to transfer digital ownership of a game.

That game is not available to purchase as a gift digitally since it's a 360 game. If you find it on a disc you could buy it that way.

The season will transfer since it is digital. The digital copy of the game will transfer. The disk copy will not transfer. Please keep in mind that the free digital upgrades expire on 3-31-2015.

Owndership of digital games cannot bw transferred to someone else and it violates the rules to access someone else's account. You would need to purchase the games so you own them or delete them.

You can't transfer digital ownership of games. You would have to purchase the game again as a gift in order to gift it to someone else.

Can you transfer your copy of a game to someone else? My nephew is getting an Xbox One for x-mas and I'd like to give him my copy of Advanced Warfare because I don't really like it.
