    Hi,

    Three years ago, i bought a used xbox 360 slim with games already downleaded in it for my son,last week,the xbox stop working(red dot) . So after some research i bought another used xbox slim to replace the first one(this one have no hard drive). My thought
    was to take the hard drive from my first xbox and put it in the "new" one....but it does not work like that!?

    I can still see all the games that i had on the screen but we can't play with them....

    Now my question is,is it possible to transfert games from my old xbox to the "new one"?

    I am afraid not. It would appear on the your previous console the original owner had not licensed transferred their games to a new console so you were able to play them. Now on your new console you have no license for those games so would need to purchased
    the game to play it

    No. Unfortunately not. You will be able to download any games you have purchased on your account. But unfortunately you will not be able to download the ones you do not own.

    Ah, sorry about that, didn't realize. If you purchased the title digitally, you should be able to sign into your Microsoft Account page at
    account.microsoft.com and then click on Payments & Billing and select Order History. From there, you can find the order in the list, and click "Get order help" underneath it. That
    should take you to a page that has details on how to request a refund for the region that your Microsoft Account is associated with.

    Please let us know if there are any issues going through those steps for your region, but that SHOULD allow you to get the info you're looking for for the region you're in. Sorry for linking to the wrong info. Best of luck!
