and it is really bad. It has ruined our night yet again as there is nothing we can do to play. I have had an xbox account for many years and this is the worst it has been just recently in six years.

you: Yea I understand that in the next hour I will be asleep, night ruined. That's one days xbox live wasted. Like I said in six years of owning xbox live I have never had it this bad that it affects my actual online experience
to the point I question renewing, especially for the price it currently costs

you: If my isp fails for a day they offer me a day back for there poor service, surely microsoft are in the same position to there valued customers

Accidentally banned friend

I reported a friend as a joke but I didn't take into account that Microsoft has a strict policy for banning. The messages I reported gave him a 24 hour ban and he doesn't deserve it so I wish for him to be lifted from the ban. I haves reference code From
a chat with a support member and he said that it shouldn't take long for a reply. His gamer tag is "I Tachanka I" those are i's not L's

 

Can't connect to Open NAT (Moderate NAT)

I'm having the same issue, I have a moderate NAT type, friend has an open NAT type... can't connect. No parties, no chat, no join session... He spent the last hour with tech support.. now it's my turn. I'll admit I don't understand anything about how this
works, but this doesn't seem right.

 

Playstation as more problems than xbox, psn is always down lol.

 

I have both the PS4 and One and i can tell you that Sony's online service currently (at least for me) is far more stable. Yes it has its issues, but no where near the problems that i am experiencing with the one. Between the ps3 and 360 it for sure used
to be the case as you say, but Sony really turned things around while MS was sitting on its laurels. Absolute shame really.
