Discus and support Transactions in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Account Transactions on the site always tell me to refresh the page to see my transactions and it never works I always have to click on see all to have...     Account Transactions on the site always tell me to refresh the page to see my transactions and it never works I always have to click on see all to have an look at my transactions. I just want to see the first things I bought on the first page when I go
    to my account.

    Are you sure you were signed into the same account when you added the points? If so you should contact support for more help with the missing points.

    I created a transaction of three 1600 Microsoft points and They said my transaction was successful. when i go to Xbox to buy a game, it says i have 20 Microsoft points please help!!

    You should be able to view all of your purchases at: Sign in to your Microsoft account

    EDIT: Anything related to Microsoft Points (now local currency) will only show up to a year.

    Thank you for the answering me but why cant I just do that in my account with out have to asking me to log in again?

    How do you view your transactions? This worthless site doesn't show me.

    commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction or you can visit your download history for 360 at
    live.xbox.com/.../history . If you need any further assistance please create a new thread so we can cater any further assistance toward you and avoid potentially confusing any issues

    Hello there!

    If this was a Microsoft bill, it would usually say on the statement 'MSFT' or something similar. I recommend you ring up your bank, asking what they are.
