    Transaction went through, game won't download


    Recently with the games with gold specialty deals, I purchased NBA 2K15 for 29.99 USD. When I went to purchase the game, an error message popped up that I was not permitted to by it, and that I needed to call Xbox support. I was required to wait about an
    hour so I decided to give it one more try. This time, it said that again I couldn't buy it and told my parents that it wouldn't let me buy it and asked if they had blocked my spending; they said no. Despite the error message, on my parents banking account
    it said that I had spent 25.98 USD (I had 4.01 USD on my account). I went to download history and it said I had not downloaded it. I went to "My Games" and it, too, said I did not have it. Finally I tried to get the game again but it said I needed to pay 59.99
    USD. Someone please help! Thank you!

    Purchase from website not available to download on xbox

    Check for the game in the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps. If it's not there, make sure the transaction went through at Sign in to your Microsoft account and you are signed into the same account. If the transaction shows, but the game still
    doesn't show up to download, you'll need to contact support. http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I bought the gta 5 bundle with the great white shark card and I never received the money in the game.

    commerce.microsoft.com     and verify that your transaction went through. If the transaction went through and the in-game currency isn't showing in-game for you please reach out to
    Rockstar support. They'll be able to best help out with in-game currency.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your purchase. At the moment there are issues with purchasing and downloading items that you purchased. You can keep an eye on status updates at this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

    In the meantime you can check to see if your download is available in your history. On the console go to Settings>Accounts>Download History. If you cannot see it there then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America

    Did you download it originally using Game Pass? If so there may be residual things left over and you should uninstall the game and reinstall it

    Go to yourpurchase history at account.xbox.com and see if the transaction went through

    I would check http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if the transaction went through. If it did, then you should be good to go. Since you already has the game downloaded, there wouldn't be anything for it to download.
