    Bought $30 worth of silver yet it has not shown up yet. My email says that the transaction was successful

    personally thought the crazy grind to unlock the heroes was more an issue then the micro transactions,

    Error when purchasing from dashboard "sorry there is an issue with your account"

    No issues with Windows Live ID

    No issues with billing address

    No issues with recurring transaction

    May I know what silver you are talking about? Is it a game currency?

    Anyways, try restarting the game,xbox and ensure you are signed into the right account(The one that purchased the "silver")

    Hi Azazael!

    If it didn't reflect on your account order history, most likely that your transaction was not successful. No worries, that happens sometimes for some reason but your money should be returned back to your account in a matter of time. Generally, it could take 3 to 5 business days.

    Thanks for the response, but I think it is a little more complicated than that. Perhaps I should have explained better my situation. My main issue is that I have used my account with the exact payment method for purchases on xbox live, and all of a sudden
    it doesn't allow me to do so again. Probably I changed something without realizing it and now it's all messed up. Anyway, I have already changed some stuff on my account ( both on
    https://account.live.com and directly through my console), and gotta wait to see what happens. It takes forever though.
