    I am trying to resolve an issue with EA support, because I purchased 2400 FIFA points in-game for £12.79 on FIFA 14, but I didn't receive the points, despite my Xbox/Microsoft account being charged and the amount being removed from my balance (I had a £25
    gift card on it). I have contacted EA, but they require proof of purchase in the form of a screenshot of me signed in on Xbox.com viewing my transaction history. The annoying thing is that when I click "more" on the "my account" section of the page, it just
    gives the following error:

    "Sorry, there was a problem looking up your transactions. Refresh the page to try again."

    I have waited for two days now, and tried multiple times to access it, but it just wont load. As a result, I can't forward my case with EA (they claim that the screenshot from this specific site is the only verification they can use). I was able to load
    my history on the commerce.microsoft.com site, but the chat agent couldn't use that screenshot "for security reasons". Clearly it's a case of "computer says no" and EA support being completely inflexible.

    Could any of you check to see if your transaction history is working when you click "more" on your "my account" page? And if there are any Microsoft support agents hanging around, I would appreciate any assistance you could provide.

    Hi there, Harry. You can request Microsoft call you via the xbox support page here on xbox.com. Just a quick question though, have you reviewed your xbox billing history via www.billing.microsoft.com? From that website you can see all the transactions that
    occur on your account.

    Hey, so I recently renewed my Live Gold, but for some reason, everytime I try to access the Games With Gold page, my subscription isn't recognized and the console tries to sell it to me. However, if I go to the subscriptions page on the console, everything
    is fine and if I go to my transaction history, it will show me that I extended the subscription not too long ago and it's working.

    You can check your transaction history better at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com
    . It will give a more in depth listing of what was purchased and when and is more than likely what EA is looking for.

  5. As I said in my initial post, the EA chat representative said that they were unable to use any other screenshot other than the transaction page on the Xbox.com site, because the gamertag and transaction are clearly visible. I did provide the commerce.microsoft.com
    screenshot but it was refused.

    I have had the exact same problem. Microsoft tell me to go to EA, EA tell me to go to Microsoft.

    1. Take a printscreen of your xbox bills and payment error, 2. that take a printscreen of your bank transaction so they have proof, 3. take a printscreen of commerce.microsoft.com transactions visit, 4. take printescreens of your payment and billing information
    on commerce.microsoft.com. 5. Start chat with EA support and attach all the photos to the conversation http://help.ea.com/en/my-conversations/

    Hope you guys understand what i just said, i'm not a good English speaker Transaction history page on Xbox.com isn't working :D
