Train Sim World 2 - PC

So I have a game pass subscription which allows me to play TSW2 on PC/Mobile via Xbox Cloud, I've also have the game which I purchased before the gamepass subscription however I notice there was an option to install it on my PC in which I did. The game loads up on the PC fine etc running off my PCs hardware which runs smooth as it's a gaming laptop. After loading it up I notice it seems to be the base version which gives you bakerloo like etc and none of the DLCs I've purchased such as recently released London commuter or East Coastway show up on the PC but they're available on the cloud and on my Xbox. I'm wondering is it only allowed me to install because its separate version on my PC using the Game Pass subscription as I've purchased the game as well as a couple of DLCs for Xbox but I was thinking as its allowed me to install the game on my Laptop its available via Xbox Play Anywhere. Can anyone shed some light/opinions?

Thank you for your help. But just a quick one. All the DLCs available for Xbox are available on PC on other platforms, does this mean at some point those same DLCs which at some point reach PC thus saving one from having to repurchase everything to experience the better version?

There are DLCs that are only available on Xbox consoles such as DLCs for Train Sim World 2. You will be able to validate it by checking the DLCs product page. Here you go:

Hi, doesn't work. I reseted, restarted etc. I see that I downloaded (Installed)the game, but will not start. Train Sim World CSX GP40-2

Hi there,

that is a strange issue, I can't tell if you tried but please try the following steps in the exact order:

Uninstall the game
Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Check if the game is fully gone and if so try to install again.

If the game wasn't fully gone, then you might consider a factory reset (perhaps even with removing all installed games and apps) keep in mind that this will require you to Download your profile again too, which in turn requires the account credentials.
