    Traded in Xbox to Best Buy but forgot to wipe it, what do I do?


    I went in to check the trade-in value of my old Xbox One X and was able to get the full value and made the decision to get the Series X. It wasn't until I got back home that I remembered that I did not wipe the Xbox.

    Does anyone know if BestBuy wipes the devices before selling them? Otherwise, what should I do?

    It's sad what this machine isn't able to do, I'm trading it in to Best Buy and getting a dedicated 4K player that will actually do what I need it to do with regards to 4K. So sorry I jumped on this machine. Let's hope the ps4 neo handles these issues better.

    I know what you are saying about shopping around for the best price's (buy and selling price's), most people don't honestly do that though. They grab the game they want to trade, go into town to somewhere like Game and do a trade. I know it's better to go
    on eBay or shop around but most people can't be bothered or don't want to wait for day's for a game to get delivered.
