Trade in Xbox 360

Brought in my Xbox 360 to Microsoft store at MoA today to trade in. I use it almost everyday and it works fine but when the lady took it in the back and came back out she said it turned in but nothing transmittEd to the screen so i couldn't trade it in.
I thought that was weird and brought it allllll the way back home to plug it in and it works just fine. Anybody know what to do, maybe she was plugging it in to a comouter but they don't support HDMI? Such a waste of a trip there and they don't have a technician!?

is there limitations to this deal? can i trade in the xbox 360 version of fifa and get the ps4 version of fifa? also, is it possible to trade fifa for battlefield 4?

MS won't offer a trade in.



GameStop may run a trade-in deal like they did with the XBOX 360 S. Snagged my first 360 S for essentially free after I trade in a console, bunch of extra controllers, and a couple 64MB MUs.

 

Hey there, when I've traded consoles in, I've always watched them set it up or asked if they would let me do it as you're probably right. They may have been using the wrong inputs, your console may have had the wrong display settings active etc.

I would just take it to a different store or take it back to the same one and explain that it works fine at home and you'd like to see how they're setting it up.

That or sell it online privately.
