    I send my Elite Controller to MS to repair it

    They became it and send it back to me, that are the Infos from the Supportsite

    Now I am waiting a week that the Package comes back to me

    Is There are possibility to Track the Package that MS send to me?

    There is no ID on the Support Site to do this, and how long is normal to wait for the New Controller?

    Sorry for the Bad English. I am german Tracking :)

    I already had it. It was stolen from my house. And when I talked to MSFT they said that they couldn't track it, at least that was what the support representative said. Could you link where MSFT can track it and I can forward that to the detective.

    The closest thing you can do to that is log into your account at
    account.live.com/Activity

    This lets you see when your account has been accessed as well as the IP address and approximate location of where your account is being used.

    You can also get here by going to
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     clicking "Security & Privacy", and then clicking the "See my recent activity" link.
