Tracking Number Says Package was Delivered to Service Center, but Microsoft Support page...

It may update when they send it back out

It could be that receiving has it, the carrier shows it as delivered but it has not been put into the service center's system yet.

But the service center said they received the package. And the tracking number shows it was delivered. What I'm trying to say is why can't Microsoft see where a controller is once it is turned on?

It may be that the Microsoft store marked it as delivered to the shipper. In this case that would be FedEx. Does the FedEx tracking number state that the package arrived in your local station already? You would generally see that the package was out for
delivery or had been marked as delivered on the tracking number.
