Tracking number for purchased item that I have not received

Xbox Support cant help you if it was purchased via a 3rd Party Company.

Are you referring to the Design Lab? If so it does stated before you complete your order that it can take 2-3 weeks before the item is shipped due to it being a custom item.

You were charged for your controller at the time it began to be built. It can take up to two weeks between that time and when you will receive a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your
controller ships.

Design lab controllers are actually charged immediately since it is a customized item. That means the order has been accepted and has gone into production. Once it ships you will receive an email with tracking. It can take 2-3 weeks to receive the controller.

Like purchases from any other online store you’ll be sent a tracking number when the item ships

amazon/Hmv and other such companies only gave order details of the purchased item only and no royal mail tracking number. so my be its time every parcel has a tracking number when sent through royal mail to stop any poss errors . if you buy an item through
other companies amazon/HMV then royal mail should give an order tracking number for each parcel. this is what we pay postage for i believe. there should be better traceability i think
