    Hello,

    I sent my new controller for repair because I received it with one of the paddles not working but now there's no tracking information. I've tried instructions from a different post about getting support through xbox support but no one can help me. They just kept on telling me to go to my order history or device list, my controller is there but it doesn't say anything about being repaired or anything like that. It just shows me information about the warranty but that's about it. Thing is, when it was still on its way to the service centre, there was tracking information, but then later on it was just gone. No tracking or any information about being repaired whatsoever. I've been trying for days... Please help.

    If your tracking code doesn't work on the website of the carrier, then it's most likely that tracking information isn't available yet. If you feel like it needs to be available, email where you ordered the product from.
