Tracking and crash issues

After the last update, Fitness constantly has issues with tracking and crashing post workout during the readout screen. As if the tracking thing wasn't annoying enough, I lose all stamp cards. To make matters worse, upon completing both the Spring time
and P90x Challenge, the game crashed to home screen, so I lose all stamp card rewards as well as challenge stamps. That's close to 30 stamps alone that I can never get back. I spent weeks on that stupid challenge. I know the stamps aren't as important
as the workout, but this is ridiculous. What kind of QA is Microsoft deploying for these updates?

VIP rebate credits + VIP percentage not correct.

Due to some tracking issues, September rebates have been delayed. You should get it by the end of the month. The tracking issues are also what's causing issues with VIP percentages so support is working on that also.

 

connection issues and crashes

Since a few weeks there has been a constant connection issue at startup.

There almost Always is a gamecrash and the end of the countdown...

 

You are not alone, just lost 23 stamps total on the last 2 P90X challenges, really angry about this

 

How hard is it to program the app so stamps are recorded AS the workout progresses, not totted up at the end? Come on programmers - the platform simply isn't robust enough to rely on it making it to the end.

 

I'm having the same issue. I've had it happen at least 3 times before where instead of loading the progress after the workout its complete it crashes to home page. Today the game crashed mid-workout - I had only 10 minutes left. Lost all progress towards
achievements as well as any stamps. I was using the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 workout.
