    Trackers not updating - Ultimate Word Games


    I've been having trouble getting the in-game awards trackers to update with Ultimate Word Games. When I first downloaded the game, nothing was tracking and nothing was unlocking once requirements were met, and after a few weeks, achievements started popping
    out of the blue and continued updating for a few weeks, but everything is stalled again. I've completed 5 adventure maps (Crosswords) but the tracker is still only showing 3 completed. Once I saw it hadn't updated, I went back and completed all 99 stars
    but still no change in the count. I don't want to go to the effort of doing 7-9 more adventure maps, however many more daily challenge medals, and however long it will take to level everything up to expert if it isn't going to register and I would have to
    just do it again.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    april maps disappeared

    april maps disappeared in microsoft ultimate word games 2 days ago. daily challenges still active. uninstalled it & reinstalled it & said it was updating account from cloud bt still no maps. what gives & how to fix?
