Toy Story pack is un-useable (Minecraft)

When Toy Story 4 came out, I bought the Toy Story mash-up pack. It was fine until today, it was locked. I looked at other forums for help, but found nothing. It’s not in my skins in marketplace, the worlds I made with it are locked, and I can’t use any
of the skins. Please help (Minecraft Switch)

Mojang support as the mash up packs are in game.
