    Good evening I'm having a issue being able to download this month's free Game with Gold game Toy Story 3 on my Xbox One and the actual website. When I go to download Toy Story 3 on my Xbox One I click to purchase it but it just goes back to buy screen
    it quickly closes before I get to install it. On the website it keeps telling" You found and error page". All of my information is up to date. Could some one help me with this issue?

    it seems you need to purchase it using an xbox 360 console.

    i'm trying to find a local 2nd hand copy of the game or a 2nd hand console....

    Nope I tried that and that didn't work😞 even restarted my modem just to make sure, What is every time I click on the "See Price"option I enter my passkey then it just goes back to where it tells me to"See Price" option.

    Well this issue has been happening before Dec 3rd it started on the 1st of this month I should also note I'm apart of the Insider program but this has never happen before.
