    Toy Soldiers - War Chest - This game cannot be played on Xbox One, yet M'Soft will not...


    Yes it is still sold, in all it's variations, on the Microsoft store and elsewhere - but you cannot play it due to a known fault!!!!!!

    However, they then refuse to refund as it is a digital download!

    I bought the disc from Amazon, that also cannot be played for the same known issue.

    Ubisoft are aware of the problem, it's all over their forums but as yet since 2015, they still have not fixed the problem, although in 2020 the game is still for sale!

    You bought a physical copy, from a separate retailer, and you were hoping to get a refund from a different company for a different product? Have you requested a refund from who you purchased it from? Have you reached out to the developer/publisher who
    would be able to fix the issue?

    Please let me know if I'm confused about the situation, but I don't see any way, in my current understanding, that Microsoft would be responsible to refund.

    Refunds can only be done for games bought in the last 14 days, so as long as I understand, this is truly not possible for older games. Also, this is not up to Microsoft, since if it was for the money to be given back to people, it would probably have to be the developer to take this decision, not Microsoft, since the game is not theirs, okay? Signal Studios ( the developer ) bought the IP, having full control over these situations and decisions.

    I really understand you, but this is not something for Microsoft to decide, okay?
