    Toy Box Hub in the game Disney Infinity Ver 3.0 doesn't work after signing up for Xbox ...


    I signed up for Xbox Live Gold on my account and now I am not able to go into the "Toy Box Hub" in the game Disney Infinity ver 3.0. I verified this by creating a new account that isn't connected to Xbox Live Gold and the Toy Box Hub works fine. This is
    my 5 year old son's favorite part of this game.

    I tried calling Microsoft and this is what they had me do unsuccessfully:

    -Uninstall the Game/Reinstall the Game (didn't work)

    -Shut off the Xbox One Console and unplug it (didn't work)

    -They then said that they couldn't do anything more for me.

    I don't want to sign into a new account every time my son wants to play this game. I would like to keep the Xbox Gold for other games.

    Does anyone have a better solution then what Microsoft support gave me?

    Infinity 3.0 site     really says is.

    Yes, it just has to be the same system.

    I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

    The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

    Try removing/deleting your profile from your Xbox and re-download/sign-in to it and see if that helps.

    If it asks, make sure you have it keep your save games though.

    The Toy Box definitely works with Gold accounts.

    Disney has shut down all of the infinity servers. Even 3.0 doesn't completely work anymore. The original infinity was a great game, but it has been put out to pasture by its masters.
